Founder & Executive Chairman

Tshiamo Mathibe is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Berring Holdings. He established the Group with a long-term vision of building a disciplined, diversified investment holding company capable of supporting sustainable businesses across multiple industries.

His leadership approach is rooted in strategic thinking, governance-led decision-making, and a commitment to learning and institutional development. As Executive Chairman, he focuses on setting the Group’s strategic direction, overseeing governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment between leadership, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.

As Berring Holdings expands, the Group intends to appoint additional executive leadership, operational management, and advisory roles aligned with its growth trajectory. Leadership capacity is being developed deliberately to support scale, accountability, and institutional maturity over time.
